Our import

At Souvlaki Stories, olives are sourced from Kalamata, the honey is produced in Crete, while the feta comes from agriculture around Greece.

Our production

The kitchen smells of pita bread baked on sourdough, and everything is made from scratch on good ingredients in season.

Our background

In August last year Souvlaki Stories opened for the first time in the Inner City, and behind the concept stands a Danish and Greek chef with great ambitions.

We have been working really hard to redesign our koncept so we can achieve our goal for 2020 – we want the organic silver certification!

Summer 2019 we learned a lot from the two festivals we attended. First Distortion in the end of May then Roskilde Festival in July.

Those two festivals learned us how important it is as a restaurant to be aware of our environmental issues.

 

Souvlaki Stories choose a fight against plastics – we now only use plastic bottles for our homemade lemonade and our dips, but soon that will end.  ❤️♻️
